We deliver to Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan. Large furniture items may need an extra 2 to 3 days; we will call you to arrange a time.
Gift cards are sent by email and need no delivery.
Payment
Pay in cash on delivery when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if you can. Prices are in US dollars; amounts shown in AED or SAR are for information.
Returns
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Contact us first at hello@lumora.example with your order number; we will arrange the pickup.
- Refunds are made within 7 days of receiving the item back.
- For hygiene reasons, opened candles and bath products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, at no cost.
