Sample terms for the Lumora demonstration store. A real store should have its terms reviewed by a lawyer.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to every order placed on the Lumora website. By placing an order, you accept them. Lumora is a demonstration store operated by DPR Solutions.

2. Products and Prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as wood, stone, linen and handmade ceramics vary slightly from piece to piece; this is part of their character, not a defect.

Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Orders

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. We may contact you to confirm the delivery address and time. We can refuse or cancel an order if a product is no longer available or if the information given is incomplete; in that case nothing is charged.

4. Payment

Orders are paid in cash on delivery. Store pickup orders are paid at the showroom.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timings are listed on our Delivery & Returns page. Timings are estimates; we will let you know if an order is delayed.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it leaves our warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as described on the Delivery & Returns page. Opened candles and bath products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used in one or several orders and cannot be exchanged for cash.
